Charlie joined Kuits in April 2022 and has experience acting in a wide range of Commercial Property transactions:

• Acquisition and disposal of business premises and land
• Site assembly and development including PFI arrangements
• Options and future profit-sharing arrangements
• Regeneration and multi-site projects
• Joint ventures and collaborations
• Portfolio and asset management
• Commercial leasing and occupation
• Re-organisation and re-structuring including organisational mergers and acquisitions
• Lease renewals and reversionary management

Charlie’s client base has varied from multi-national PLCs, SME companies, public sector bodies and high net-worth individuals and so is able to advise at all levels.
