Chris is a Partner in our Commercial Property Team, focusing on Property Debt Finance.
Chris specialises in all aspects of commercial property including acquisitions, sales and drafting and negotiating commercial leases for a number of significant mainstream clients.
He acts both lenders and borrowers in respect of loans in connection with acquisition or re-mortgage of property including development land, investment property, commercial and residential portfolios, hotels, care homes and other leisure properties.
Chris has particular expertise drafting bespoke security documents in situations where conventional security is unavailable or inappropriate.
Chris is an associate member of LMA.
