Initially focusing on property-based corporate transactions prior to joining Kuits in 2018, Kate has since built up a wealth of experience across a wide variety corporate matters including (amongst other things) share or business sales and purchases, joint venture arrangements, corporate governance matters (including shareholders’ agreements and articles of association) and share option schemes.
