Kate is a Senior Associate in our Corporate department.
Kate has four years’ experience in both corporate and commercial property at her previous firm. Mainly, she worked on property-based corporate transactions and subsequently gained knowledge of commercial property that her colleagues are all now enjoying the benefit of!
Since joining Kuits in June 2018, Kate has advised clients on multi-million pound transactions and is enjoying her exposure to a wider variety of corporate matters, in particular M&A and group restructuring.
