Tim is a Partner in our Commercial Property Team.
Tim has extensive experience in dealing with sales, purchases and leases of commercial and residential property and corporate work.
He now predominantly assists housebuilders and developers in securing and developing sites for commercial and residential development, including options to purchase, contracts subject to planning, development agreements, overage, planning & infrastructure agreements and sales of affordable housing to registered providers.
