Areas of Expertise

Callum joined Kuits in October 2018 as a Paralegal in the Residential Property team. Callum started his training contract in September 2021.

Having experience in Residential Property, Licensing, Corporate and Commercial Litigation, Callum has a acquired a breadth of legal knowledge undergoing his training. Callum utilises the knowledge he has gained to assist clients in achieving a resolution to their disputes.

Callum is comfortable being involved in a variety of disputes for both Claimant and Defendant, which to date have included:

• Contract disputes;
• Defective product claims;
• Professional negligence claims;
• Unfair prejudice petitions & general shareholder disputes; and
• Debt recovery & enforcement actions.

Education

Callum graduated from The University of Sheffield in 2017 with an upper second-class honours degree in Law.

Callum graduated from The University of Law in 2020 having completed a master’s degree in Law and his Legal Practice Course.

Away from the office

Callum keeps active by running and taking lengthy walks. In his spare time, Callum enjoys drawing, photography, watching films and listening to music.
