Callum is a solicitor in our dispute resolution team and advises on a broad range of commercial disputes which may include financial services litigation, director and shareholder disputes, breach of contract claims, as well as enforcement actions.
Callum also has experience handling matters relating to alleged regulatory breaches and business crime, responding to investigations and proceedings brought by regulatory bodies such as HMRC, the FCA, the ICO, and HSE.
Initially, Callum joined Kuits as a paralegal in the residential property team before commencing his training contract in September 2021. His training contract involved seats in the licensing team, the corporate team and a twelve-month seat in the dispute resolution team. Callum has acquired a broad range of knowledge which he applies to assist clients in achieving commercially sensible resolutions to disputes which arise in the course of business.
