Lucy assists clients in both contentious and non-contentious matters, including infringement disputes and the protection and registration of IP rights.
She has been involved in matters before the High Court and its specialist Intellectual Property Enterprise Court (IPEC). Her recent work includes conducting IP audits under the Innovate UK Scheme, and regularly assisting clients with the management and enforcement of their trade mark portfolios. Lucy has also recently worked on a trade mark dispute involving both UK and US infringement.
