Helen is an Associate in the Intellectual Property Team.
Helen advises clients from a broad range of industry sectors, in contentious and non-contentious matters across the full range of intellectual property rights. She has experience in advising claimants and defendants in disputes in relation to designs, trade marks, patents, copyright, passing off and defamation. She has worked on cases before the Court of Appeal, High Court, Intellectual Property Enterprise Court (IPEC) and Intellectual Property Office.
