Kuits advise on Northern Gateway land acquisition

Manchester commercial law firm, Kuits, advised Persimmon Homes on the acquisition of a substantial parcel of development land located at the ‘Northern Gateway’ in Deeside, North Wales.

Kuits advised on the purchase of this prime development land which is set to contribute significantly to the housing market through the development of approximately 200 new homes.
