Kuits advises on successful Management Buy Out of UK transactional print business

Manchester commercial law firm, Kuits Solicitors, has successfully advised the UK Managing Director on the Management Buy Out (MBO) of the UK transactional print operations of Banqup Group, Unifiedpost UK. This strategic move marks a significant milestone for the UK business, positioning it for future growth and innovation.
