Kirsti heads up our Corporate team.
Kirsti is a corporate partner specialising in corporate finance and M&A, together with, AIM and Aquis Exchange admissions. She also advises on investments and joint ventures whether company, LLP or partnership structures as well as shareholder/partnership disputes.
Having developed a strong reputation for advising AIM-listed companies, Kirsti has acted for a number of these, including Ironveld and Kazera.
Kirsti is seen as a trusted advisor to the firm’s corporate clients, often working with businesses from start-up through to eventual sale, advising them on their growth strategies throughout, providing practical solutions to commercial concerns.

Kirsti’s children are “almost” grown up and, in their minds, more independent. Kirsti uses her free time to go walking, experiment with the garden and occasionally enjoys more strenuous activities such as skiing and windsurfing.
