Manchester commercial law firm Kuits solicitors has been named the second most recommended law firm in the North West, according to new client research published by The Legal 500.
The ranking is based on Legal 500’s analysis of client feedback gathered through its annual research process, including responses to the question: “On a scale of 0-10, how likely are you to recommend this firm?”
The results are used to calculate each firm’s net promoter score, a widely recognised measure of client satisfaction and advocacy. The Legal 500 analysis drew on nearly 14,000 client responses, offering a valuable benchmark of the firms most highly regarded by the businesses and individuals who use them.
Kuits ranked second in the North West, ahead of many other leading regional and national firms. The recognition reflects Kuits’ continued focus on building close, long-term relationships with clients and delivering commercial, practical legal advice across its specialist practice areas.
