Manchester commercial law firm Kuits Solicitors has announced that employment solicitor, James Cairns, has been appointed to the Employment Lawyers Association Junior Committee.
The Employment Lawyers Association is a leading membership organisation for employment law practitioners across the UK. Its junior committee represents the interests of junior employment lawyers, supporting professional development, networking and engagement within the wider employment law community.
James’ appointment recognises his growing profile within the employment law sector and reflects Kuits’ continued commitment to supporting the development of talented lawyers at all stages of their careers.
As a member of the junior committee, James will work alongside employment lawyers from across the country to help represent the views of junior practitioners, contribute to committee initiatives and support opportunities for collaboration across the profession.
