Kuits advise on acquisition of Gusto restaurants

Manchester commercial law firm, Kuits Solicitors, has advised Cherry Equity Partners in the acquisition of restaurant chain Gusto.

Kuits, led by Partner, Helen Mather advised Cherry Equity Partners in acquiring seven Gusto restaurants from administration, safeguarding over 300 jobs.
