Kuits advise Wilson George Group on acquisition

The Kuits corporate team were delighted to advise Wilson George Group (WGG) on the acquisition of NextGen360 Limited (NG360).

WGG was established in 2021 and is a fully integrated manufacturer of new generation nicotine products. WGG is composed of three main operating companies:  Advanced Flavour Solutions, Own Label Creations and Future Now. NG360 was established in 2012 as specialist manufacturer of Vape Liquid formulations under the leading trademark’s ‘EDGE’ and ‘LiQuid’.
