  • Hybrid working policy – Kuits are committed to flexible working and support hybrid working arrangements
  • Annual leave – you will receive 25 days annual leave per year (pro-rated for part time employees) plus bank holidays
  • Additional annual leave – employees can opt in to buy up to 5 days’ additional annual leave via salary sacrifice
  • Pension – opt-in to Kuits’ pension scheme and we will contribute 4% towards it.
