Tosin Grey is a dual‑qualified solicitor in the Construction team, with broad experience advising developers, employers, and contractors across a wide spectrum of construction law matters. Tosin regularly advises on standard form and bespoke JCT contracts, NEC contracts for major infrastructure schemes, professional appointments, collateral warranties, and project‑specific security instruments. Her practice spans both contentious and non‑contentious construction work, including contract drafting and negotiation, risk allocation, project delivery support, and dispute avoidance strategies.
Tosin has practised across Nigeria, South Africa, and the United Kingdom, giving her a strong understanding of cross‑border project structures and the practical challenges associated with multi‑jurisdictional developments. She has advised on infrastructure, real estate, and energy projects, supporting clients throughout the project lifecycle.
