Tim has extensive experience in dealing with sales, purchases and leases of commercial and residential property and corporate work.
He now predominantly assists housebuilders and developers in securing and developing sites for commercial and residential development, including options to purchase, contracts subject to planning, development agreements, overage, planning & infrastructure agreements and sales of affordable housing to registered providers.

Outside of work, Tim keeps active by playing in a 5-a-side team, walking his dog, and playing with his children. He is also passionate about films and photography, and can often be found at live music gigs!
