Steph advises high net worth individuals, businesses and overseas entities on a broad range of residential property matters.

Her work includes advising on purchases and sales of high value properties across the country, along with title rectification and first registrations of properties. Steph also advises on matrimonial transfers of property, as well as properties that are held in trust. In addition, she frequently advises on sales and purchases of properties affected by the Building Safety Act 2022.

Steph is a trusted advisor to her clients, who value her approachable manner, attention to detail, and ability to navigate complex legal issues with confidence and efficiency. Education

After studying her Law Degree at Lancaster University, Steph completed her training contract at a well-established firm in Manchester where she qualified in 2016. She then continued to practice in residential property at the same firm until 2021, following which she moved to a small firm to practice a mixture of residential, commercial and development work before her move to Kuits in 2025.

Away from the office

Steph spends a lot of her spare time in the Lake District, paddleboarding and walking with her family.
