Stanley is a solicitor in Kuits’ commercial team, advising clients on a wide range of commercial contracts. He supports businesses of all sizes on matters ranging from day-to-day trading relationships to complex commercial projects and cross-border transactions.
His experience includes advising on manufacturing, agency, distribution, property management, and events-related agreements, as well as drafting and negotiating bespoke commercial contracts. He regularly advises on issues such as risk allocation in supply chains, liability and indemnity provisions, exclusivity arrangements, intellectual property rights and data protection compliance. Stanley also assists clients with reviewing and negotiating terms and conditions, commercialising new business opportunities, and managing key supplier, customer and strategic partner relationships.
Stanley is valued for his pragmatic and commercially focused approach, providing clear and practical advice that helps clients achieve their objectives while managing legal and commercial risk. He particularly enjoys working closely with businesses to develop contractual arrangements that support growth, innovation and long-term commercial success. Stanley joined Kuits as a paralegal before commencing his training contract in 2022. Having gained experience in the commercial property, tax, commercial and dispute resolution teams, he qualified into the commercial team in September 2024.
