Stacey is a highly experienced commercial property lawyer with a strong landlord-focused background, having spent nine years in-house at a leading UK commercial property group before joining Kuits over three years ago. She specialises in end-to-end landlord and tenant asset management, alongside a growing focus on development transactions.
Recently, she has played a key role in EV infrastructure projects for complex sites throughout the UK which have required conditional freehold acquisitions and the securing of new planning consents, grid connections and third party rights and have involved multiple stakeholders.
Stacey also regularly works with international lawyers on transactions which involve overseas based parties to keep cross-border transactions on track.
Stacey has advised a wide range of clients from leading property companies to padel operators, advising across the commercial, industrial, retail, leisure, and life sciences sectors. These include working on major transactions with The Heaton Group, Hubber Infrastructure and David Samuel Properties.
