Areas of Expertise

Sebastian advises and facilitates freehold and leasehold sales and purchases of all types of residential property, lease extensions and variations, transfers of equity and finance deals, as well as some non-residential deals such as open grass land, land with agricultural ties, or otherwise. He also has experience in dealing with development and investor lead acquisitions and subsequent sales or refinances for developers, property traders and professionals such as Receivers and Administrators as well as private clients and will at times provide ad hoc property advice on topics such as the Building Safety Act or title reports including rights of light.

Sebastian will often work alongside (or in support of) Kuits’ commercial property and or banking team on complex Partner led deals to ensure a streamlined and pragmatic drive to achieve the client’s desired outcome. These matters comprise of:

  • Commercial refinancing of portfolios or estates;
  • Conditional contracts, put and call options and or overage agreements;
  • Disposals and acquisitions of residential estates, so called ground rent transactions;
  • Disposals and acquisitions of property portfolios; and
  • Repossession sales, administered by Receivers or Administrators.

Sebastian enjoys exercise and being in nature, whether hiking trekking, skiing or climbing as well as trying the different foods of the world, live music and travelling to his native Sweden to visit family as often as he can.
