Sapphire is a property dispute resolution paralegal who supports solicitors on a range of commercial property disputes. Her experience includes landlord and tenant matters, possession claims, breaches of covenant and recovery of rent arrears.
She regularly assists with drafting legal documents, preparing court bundles, and managing case files to ensure matters progress efficiently. Sapphire also has experience serving Schedules of Dilapidations, preparing settlement agreements, preparing draft notices such as Section 25 and Section 26 lease renewal notices, and drafting and reviewing the validity of break notices.
In addition, Sapphire manages the progress of commercial lease renewals and assists in preparing court applications where required.
Sapphire joined Kuits as an apprentice post room clerk and receptionist in 2017, where she progressed to an administration assistant in Litigation and then became a paralegal for the property dispute resolution team.
