Sam is a Senior Associate in the Banking and Real Estate Finance department.
Sam acts for mainstream, bridging and private lenders providing finance to be secured over residential, commercial and development properties. Short term bridging finance also includes the preparation of bespoke loan security documents including sub-security.
Sam also advises private individuals in circumstances where they are required to guarantee the provisions of finance deals.
