Robab is an employment solicitor who advises employers on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. She supports clients with disciplinary and grievance processes, workplace investigations, dismissals and Employment Tribunal proceedings.
Robab is committed to building strong client relationships and takes the time to understand each client’s organisation, priorities and commercial objectives. She provides clear, pragmatic and commercially focused advice, helping employers navigate workplace challenges and make informed decisions with confidence.
Her experience includes drafting and reviewing employment contracts, workplace policies, staff handbooks and settlement agreements, as well as advising on post-termination restrictive covenants. She works closely with clients to resolve workplace issues effectively, helping them minimise legal and commercial risk while achieving their business objectives.
Robab regularly delivers training to HR professionals and managers on a range of employment law matters, including employment law updates, preventing sexual harassment in the workplace, and mock Employment Tribunal exercises, helping organisations stay informed and prepared.
