Rebecca is an Associate in our Tax and Estate Planning Team.

Areas of Expertise

Prior to joining Kuits, Rebecca obtained a First Class Degree in Law from the University of Manchester and a Distinction in the Legal Practice Course from BPP University.

Rebecca qualified as a Solicitor in Kuits’ Tax and Estate Planning Team in June 2016.

Rebecca has experience in dealing with the administration of high value and complex estates, including estates with an offshore element.

Rebecca also advises high net worth individuals in connection with

• lifetime estate planning
• the preparation of tax efficient Wills, with a view to affording future asset protection
• the implementation of Lasting Powers of Attorney

Rebecca is also experienced in advising on various trust related matters.
