Prior to joining Kuits, Motti has lived in Israel for the past 9 years while studying for a Law degree with external programmes at London University. At the same time as this, Motti was studying Jewish Law to receive Rabbinic ordination.

Outside the office, Motti is a big Manchester City supporter and avid cricket fan. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters.
