Mia is working as a Paralegal in the Residential Property department, focusing on new build developments and plot sales.
At Kuits, Mia works primarily within the Residential Development team, specialising in plot sales and new-build developments. However, she further supports a wide range of property transactions across the department, including sales, purchases, refinances, and transfers of equity.
Prior to joining Kuits, Mia worked as a Legal Assistant in Residential Property part-time whilst at University, and took a full time role in Commercial Property after graduating.
Mia graduated in July 2023 with First Class honours from the University of Central Lancashire.
She is currently studying for her SQE exams part-time alongside her role in the firm.
Mia loves to go to Pilates classes, running, and reading in her free time, and can often be found socialising or trying new restaurants in the city!
