Melanie has experience in dealing with a range of different residential property matters including freehold and leasehold sale and purchases, staircasing, lease extensions and remortgaging.
Before joining Kuits in 2017 Melanie worked for a firm in Stockport where she gained experience dealing with statutory and voluntary lease extensions.
