Matthew is a Solicitor in our Commercial Property team.
Matthew is a commercial property solicitor who primarily specialises in real estate development and acts for clients on a broad range of matters including but not limited to site investigation and acquisition, site assembly, option agreements and conditional contracts.
Having completed seats during his training contract in residential conveyancing, secured lending and commercial property, he has built a strong foundation in property law and holds a keen interest in the property world.
With this background, he is able to best advise clients in tackling complex deals along with any obstacles which may arise throughout transactions, all whilst striving to provide the best service possible for his clients.

Outside of work Matthew enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle training in the gym & enjoying travelling. An avid supporter & season ticket holder of Everton FC, most of his weekends are ruined before they have even started.
