Marta is a solicitor in the banking & real estate finance team at Kuits, advising lenders on a wide range of property finance transactions, including acquisition finance, refinancing, bridging loans, development finance, and specialist lending.
With over five years of experience in real estate & real estate finance, Marta has worked on all aspects of secured lending transactions for banks, specialist lenders, companies, charities, and private individuals. Her expertise includes drafting and negotiating security documentation, conducting title investigations, and advising on complex borrower structures.
Marta also has a strong background in both residential and commercial property, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the legal and commercial considerations that underpin successful property finance deals.
