Mark specialises in all aspects of employment law with particular focus on senior executive terminations, business restructures, enforcement of restraint of trade provisions and defending employers against Employment Tribunal claims.
Mark has vast experience in acting for a range of employers, from SMEs to PLCs, in Employment Tribunals and the civil courts, and providing strategic advice and support on an array of HR and business related issues.
Business sectors include technology, manufacturing, healthcare, sport, and transport.
Mark regularly presents and trains on a range of employment law topics including sexual harassment prevention and issues related to hybrid working.
Mark also leads the firms Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee.
