Manisha is an associate in the dispute resolution team, specialising in commercial litigation and complex contentious matters. She acts for a broad range of clients, including businesses, professionals and individuals, advising on and managing disputes from pre-action strategy through to trial and enforcement.
Manisha has particular experience in board and shareholder disputes and insolvency-related litigation, regularly advising on high-value and sensitive matters involving director duties, shareholder rights, and financially distressed businesses. In addition, she handles a wide spectrum of claims, including contractual disputes, commercial disagreements, debt recovery matters, and contentious issues arising from professional and business relationships.
She is a key member of Kuits’ professional negligence team, where she brings a high level of experience to these claims and the team’s training and guidance. Her involvement ensures a consistent, strategic approach across complex negligence matters, and she is recognised for her ability to distil complicated issues into clear, commercially focused advice.
