Lauren is an experienced employment law specialist, advising on all aspects of workplace legal matters. She has extensive expertise representing both employees and employers in Employment Tribunal proceedings, with a particular focus on discrimination claims.
Lauren has a strong track record in supporting employees through sexual harassment cases and regularly assists with reviewing and drafting employment contracts and settlement agreements.
In addition, she works closely with our corporate and commercial teams to provide guidance on TUPE-related issues, especially in connection with business transfers within the care and leisure sectors.
