Laura is an Associate in the Commercial & Intellectual Property Team.
Laura has experience of advising on a wide range of non-contentious commercial matters and business-to-business agreements including professional services, sponsorship, supply and IT agreements.
Laura has worked with businesses of all sizes ranging from sole traders to FTSE 100 Companies.
In her previous role, Laura worked for an organisation providing Legal Managed Services to global organisations, acting as an extension to the In-House legal function. This involved providing strategic as well as legal advice. This experience enables Laura to approach matters with a pragmatic and commercial mindset, and assist clients to find a solution that works practically and commercially as well as legally.
