Laura is a busy mum of two boys and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Laura is also a gym enthusiast and regularly attends body pump, strength & Zumba classes. Prior to having her boys, Laura also taught fitness classes in her spare time and is a Level 2 qualified instructor.
