Kierran McCracken

Areas of expertise

Kierran is working as a paralegal within the residential property team, focusing on plot sales and new-build developments.

Prior to joining Kuits, Kierran had experience in commercial and construction matters. He worked as the assistant contract manager on one of the largest road infrastructure projects commissioned in the UK where he was involved in delivering commercial and contractual support for one of Europe’s leading contractors.

Kierran also has experience in the renewable energy sector where he was involved in a variety of transactional, dispute resolution, and contractual matters.

Graduated in 2022 with a First Class LLB (Hons) from the University of Kent.

Graduated in 2025 with Distinction his LPC qualification and LLM in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Law, Manchester.

Away from the office

Kierran loves working out in a variety of different ways including calisthenics, going to the gym, running, or hitting the courts for a round of tennis. In his downtime, he enjoys gaming, reading, and building LEGO.
