Kelly acts for mainstream, bridging and private lenders in all areas of secured lending to companies and private individuals. Kelly is experienced in carrying out title investigations, drafting bespoke security documents and providing legal advice to private individuals giving personal guarantees.

Kelly’s legal background is primarily in property law having previously worked at a large Legal 500 law firm within the real estate finance department before completing her training contract at a boutique Manchester firm specialising in real estate finance and commercial property.
