Kate deals with a broad range of tax and estate planning matters for a variety of clients. Kate can assist with the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, probate, trusts and the associated tax and planning issues.
During her training contract, Kate gained a variety of experience with probate matters and has continued to develop her skillset since qualifying in this area, dealing with a number of probate matters since joining Kuits. Kate is looking forward to gaining further experience in dealing with complex estates and furthering her skillset in this area.

Kate read law at the University of Leeds and completed the Legal Practice Course with combined MSc in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law in Manchester.
