Joshua joined Kuits in October 2025 as a solicitor in our corporate team.

He advises clients across a broad spectrum of corporate matters, with particular expertise in in business acquisitions and disposals, shareholders’ agreements, articles of association, and corporate reorganisations. He also advises on company secretarial matters, helping businesses stay compliant with UK corporate law.

Joshua works closely with entrepreneurs, SMEs, and larger corporate clients to navigate complex transactions and governance issues with confidence, his work including drafting and negotiating key corporate documents, guiding clients through structural changes, and advising on governance frameworks that align with long-term business goals.
