Jofina is a Solicitor in the Banking and Real Estate Finance Team.
Jofina deals with all aspects of banking and finance work and has experience in advising borrowers and lenders on a range of banking transactions including acquisition finance, corporate transactions, refinancing, bridging, real estate finance and development finance.
Having worked as a paralegal before completing her training contract, Jofina has over six years legal experience and has worked with borrowers and funders on all aspects of security related transactions in the social and affordable housing sector such as syndicated and bilateral loan financings, private placements, bond issues, group restructurings and large-scale voluntary transfers. Jofina also had experience working in a Deed of Variation team where she advised on property rectification for charging purposes and sought to increase value in property portfolios.

Outside of work, Jofina is an avid dancer and dance instructor, sharing her passion for movement with others. She also owns an event decoration company, infusing creativity into memorable experiences. A dedicated mother and enjoys exploring new destinations through travel.
