Home / Team / Jasmine Harland
Jasmine is a pragmatic, results-driven commercial litigator, known for securing high-value outcomes while prioritising her clients’ best interests. She handles cases from pre-action to resolution and offers strategic settlement advice.
Jasmine is a key member of the firm’s contentious trusts & probate team. She works closely with the tax & probate team to interpret and deal with complex issues, and support dispute resolution. She also has significant expertise in broader areas, including professional negligence and high-value contractual disputes. Her experience further extends to working on offshore litigation matters and freezing injunctions cases.
Jasmine has a strong foundation across multiple areas of law which supports her development as a well-rounded commercial litigator. Before joining Kuits, she worked in insurance litigation and later in-house managing employment tribunal work for a company with over 26,000 employees in the UK alone. Her training at Kuits included commercial transactions, advising high-net-worth individuals, and dealing with both contentious and non-contentious matters.

Outside of work, Jasmine loved taking long walks with her dog Ted, exploring new countries from my travel bucket list, and getting creative through painting, pottery, and beauty hobbies like nails and lashes – in fact, much of the artwork in her flat is her own!
