James trained at Kuits starting in September 2023, and qualified as a solicitor in September 2025 into the corporate team.

He advises on a variety of corporate matters, including acquisitions and disposals, shareholder agreements, corporate reorganisations, family investments companies and employee incentivisation schemes.

James has developed experience across several areas of law, with a particular interest in corporate finance and transactional work.
