James is currently a trainee solicitor in the residential property team.

Currently James is involved in a variety of both residential and commercial property work, including freehold and leasehold acquisitions, disposals, landlord tenant work, assignments, deeds of variation , re-finances and bridging loans

Before joining Kuits, James specialised in international litigation within the energy, marine, and natural resources sector, handling cases related to freight claims, charter party and bill of lading disputes, vessel collisions, and policy coverage. He represented major insurance and shipping companies.

James also has experience in the property insurance litigation sector, managing cases involving commercial property damage claims, property reinsurance, self-insurance and policy coverage advice. He has successfully represented panel insurance companies and private clients.
