Humaira is a paralegal in our residential team, supporting on sales, purchases, and remortgages.
She has previous experience working as a conveyancing paralegal for over 2 years, specialising in both conventional and complex shariah compliant property transactions. During this time, Humaira gained extensive experience managing residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents, and solicitors to ensure transactions progressed efficiently and smoothly.
She has a strong understanding of the legal and regulatory requirements surrounding both traditional and Islamic finance structures, enabling her to provide tailored support across a diverse range of transactions while maintaining a high standard of client care and attention to detail.

LLB Law (hons) – graduated at Lancaster University.
Humaira enjoys going to the gym, cooking/baking, spending time with family and experiencing new things – she has been skydiving!
