Holly joined Kuits in September 2021 as a paralegal, initially working in the dispute resolution team before moving into the corporate team. She began her training contract with the firm in March 2023, gaining experience across several departments including corporate, commercial property, and commercial & IP.
Holly returned to the corporate team for her final seat and went on to qualify into their team as a solicitor in March 2025. She assists on a wide range of matters including private company acquisitions and disposals, share purchases and sales, share exchanges, employee incentivisation schemes, family investment companies, group reorganisations, company formations, and company secretarial work.
