Areas of expertise

Helen is an associate in our commercial property team, predominantly advising on residential development transactions dealing with site acquisitions and disposals by way of conditional contracts and options, together with any associated development transactions and documents.

She also has experience drafting property related construction documents, including various forms of access and works licences.

Helen’s works with a wide range of clients, including national housebuilders, PLCs, and regional housebuilders and supporting a variety of development projects.

Away from the office

Helen plays netball in the High Peak League, and is an Everton Season Ticket Holder. Often, she is taxiing to and from/watching her daughter in Latin and Ballroom competitions, and her son playing cricket, rugby, and football.
