Hannah is a Solicitor in the Corporate department.
Hannah is a solicitor in our Corporate team, supporting a variety of merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions, as well as advising on corporate governance matters such as share buybacks.
Before joining Kuits, she gained valuable experience working as a paralegal and went on to complete her training contract in 2025 across a broad range of commercial seats. This background has equipped her with a well-rounded skill set and a depth of insight that she brings to every case.
