Areas of Expertise
Graham has specialised in estate tax and trusts law for over 20 years, handling high-value matters on a daily basis. Graham is also experienced in dealing with estates where tax disclosures have to be made to HMRC. When dealing with estates, he frequently advises on the most efficient way to mitigate Inheritance Tax (IHT) by appropriate Deeds of Variation and to mitigate income tax arising for beneficiaries. Graham is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
