Graham Wood is a very experienced partner in the tax & estate planning team at Kuits Solicitors, bringing more than three decades of specialist expertise in estate tax, trusts, and high‑value succession matters. Admitted as a solicitor in 1995, Graham has built a reputation for delivering clear, strategic, and technically robust advice to individuals, families, trustees, and business owners.
Graham advises on all aspects of onshore and offshore structuring, estate administration, with particular strength in complex estates requiring tax disclosures to HMRC. He is adept at identifying opportunities to mitigate inheritance tax through Deeds of Variation and at structuring to minimise income tax exposure for beneficiaries.
